Sabrina C. TostonSabrina being very curious and busy at age 7, began taking arts & craft classes. During her school vacation time, she would make things like chocolate suckers, Christmas ornaments or anything her mother could find to keep her mind entertained. This was the launch an artistic career, and eventually a part-time business that kept an adventurous young lady very busy. As a result, she chose to express her passion as her profession. Sabrina, was educated at the Pasadena Art Center College of Design, majoring in Graphic Design and Packaging.

Cultivating her birthright at an early age, Sabrina’s skills range from jewelry design and manufacture, graphic designer, web designer and event decorator. These skills took her on a journey of owning her own decorating business at 27. She became an industry name in the urban music world. Sabrina created unique and beautiful graphics and environments that evoked emotionally memorable experiences for clients and attendees.

In 2007 Sabrina embarked on a new journey, self-development and expansion through deeper learning and meditation. This anchored her passion for helping others into a daily expression. She took on being a coach in the very same self-development courses she attended in 2009. Sabrina practices her “coaching arts” daily, generating life changing results for anyone who is in need or willing to make a change in their life.

This journey also re-connected her to a dream never thought possible, giving back to the art community. In 2011 The Creative Mind Foundation, a not-for-profit organization, was created to help fill the void of “creative-expression opportunities” within the arts for those who, otherwise would not be able to pursue their artistic passion(s).

To further her personal growth, meditation became the largest part of her life in 2012. She took refugee as a disciple of the Hanmi lineage in 2012 with her guru, Vajracharya Zhi Bian. Quickly becoming a dedicated practitioner, Sabrina spent a great deal of time at the Dari Ruali Temple (one of several Hanmi temples in the US) where her healing abilities through practicing the true teachings of the linage blossomed quickly.

With a teaching style marked by a charismatic charm that motivates and heals while challenging and nurturing students, Sabrina offers “Healing Through the Arts,” Art Classes, Meditation and Life Coaching.
